Omakase お任せ, or in English, “I shall leave it up to you”, is a common Japanese practice where diners allow the Chef to exert complete creative freedom and technique in curating dishes with the finest and freshest ingredients. Each Omakase dining experience is uniquely tailored to Chef Saran’s recommendations, leaving no two instances to ever be alike. We invite you to join us at YUME to experience this culinary dream turned to reality.
Two 2-hour offerings of Omakase-style dining will be available each night, with a maximum capacity of eight diners per seating – one at 6:00 p.m. and one at 8:00 p.m Sunday – Thursday, and 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm seatings on Friday and Saturday. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance, and can be made by calling the restaurant.
