Omakase お任せ, or in English, “I shall leave it up to you”, is a common Japanese practice where diners allow the Chef to exert complete creative freedom and technique in curating dishes with the finest and freshest ingredients. Each Omakase dining experience is uniquely tailored to Chef Saran’s recommendations, leaving no two instances to ever be alike. We invite you to join us at YUME to experience this culinary dream turned to reality.
Two 2-hour offerings of our Omakase-style dining experience will be available by reservation only with a maximum capacity of ten diners per seating. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance, and can be made by calling the restaurant during business hours starting at 4pm.
