Located in North Arlington, YUME Sushi features the Omakase, or in English, “I shall leave it up to you”, is a common Japanese practice in restaurants where diners allow their chefs to exert complete creative freedom in curating their meals.

Each dining experience is uniquely tailored to the chef’s recommendations, leaving no two instances to be ever alike. At YUME Sushi, relish in an integral part to the Japanese culinary sphere as you are ushered into intimate space and are seated before our chefs, as they walk you through every part of your meal as it is prepared before your eyes.

80-seat restaurant and Sake lounge offers several unique dining options including a Sake bar complete with a handcrafted cocktail menu. Yume is open for dinner seven days a week with a lunch service Saturday & Sunday.

Omakase お任せ, or in English, “I shall leave it up to you”, is a common Japanese practice where diners allow the Chef to exert complete creative freedom and technique in curating dishes with the finest and freshest ingredients. Each Omakase dining experience is uniquely tailored to Chef Saran’s recommendations, leaving no two instances to ever be alike. We invite you to join us at YUME to experience this culinary dream turned to reality.

Two 2-hour offerings of  our Omakase-style dining experience will be available by reservation only with a maximum capacity of ten diners per seating.  Reservations are required 24 hours in advance, and can be made by calling the restaurant during business hours starting at 4pm.
